Faculty and staff: Encourage undergrad students to participate in student experience survey

Purdue faculty and staff in West Lafayette and Indianapolis are encouraged to promote undergraduate students’ participation in the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) survey, which is available through April 7.

The SERU is a nationwide survey designed for large, public research universities. It is the primary benchmarking tool Purdue leadership uses to assess student experiences with academics, advising, student life, campus climate, health and wellness, and much more. The SERU is Purdue’s only campuswide survey for measuring student opinions among all undergraduates.

Students who complete the survey will be entered to win one of several Amazon gift cards ranging from $50-$100, with a total of $3,000 in prizes available.

The SERU is administered by Institutional Data Analytics + Assessment (IDA+A) on behalf of the Office of the Provost. More information about the survey is available on the IDA+A website.
