AllOne Health introduces redesigned member portal, single login with app

AllOne Health recently launched a redesigned member portal designed to provide a seamless, modern and user-friendly experience.

The enhanced portal aligns directly with the new AllOne Health app, giving members a consistent, intuitive experience across all digital tools — while making it easier for them to access whole-person care.

Important login update

A key feature of the new member portal is a simplified login experience — one login, multiple platforms.

All users will need to reset their password the first time they access the new member portal due to updated password requirements. Once the password is reset, members will use the same username and password for both the member portal and the app.

Members who are not currently using the app or member portal will need to register for the portal using their company code (see below), create a username and set a 14-character password.

  • Purdue and Purdue Fort Wayne company code: purdue
  • Purdue Northwest company code: PurdueUNW

What’s new?

The updated portal allows members to manage their care anytime, anywhere with features including:

  • Seamless member experience — A refreshed design that mirrors the AllOne Health app for easy navigation.
  • Self-scheduling counseling appointments — Book appointments quickly and conveniently.
  • 24/7 chat with Izzy — Connect anytime with Izzy, the AI mental health navigator for guidance and support.
  • Self-guided therapy and whole health resources — Explore wellness tools, resources and content across all areas of whole health.
  • Webinar registration — Easily sign up for upcoming live and on-demand webinars.

Easy access

Additionally, a new portal URL has been introduced. Members can now access the AllOne Health member portal at AllOneHealth.com/portal.

Get support anytime

Members can always call for immediate support without logging in.

  • New primary number is 800-451-1834
