Upcoming Healthy Boiler workshop focuses on path to wellness

The Center for Healthy Living is presenting a virtual Healthy Boiler workshop titled “Path to Wellness” from noon to 1 p.m. ET Dec. 16.

Tips on stress, nutrition and physical activity — along with opportunities for reflection — also will be included.

Those interested should register prior to the start of the workshop Dec. 16 via the Healthy Boiler Portal. Registration link can be found under the Healthy Boiler Workshops section on the portal’s homepage. Hover over the “Healthy Boiler Webinar — Path to Wellness” square and click on the information “i” to register.
