A new process has been created for employees who need access to Purdue University in Indianapolis.

Employees working at the Indianapolis location will have credentials for both Purdue and Indiana University. The Purdue username and password provides access to Purdue systems and communications, while the IU credentials will be used to access Indianapolis buildings, offices, printers and parking permits. To indicate that an employee needs access to the Indianapolis location, the Purdue in Indianapolis-IU flag is used on the employee record within SuccessFactors.

A Quick Reference Guide is available to walk users through the process of requesting the flag be added to an employee’s record. This process applies to both new employees and existing faculty who need access to the Indianapolis location.
