Homecoming weekend kicks off Friday

Purdue University’s homecoming weekend is set for this Friday and Saturday, Oct. 24-25. The schedule of events includes activities for alumni and fans of all ages.

Friday, Oct. 24

• A Celebration of Victories and Heroes, 5 p.m. (Mackey Arena)
• Homecoming Parade, 7:30 p.m. (Memorial Mall to France A. Córdova Recreational Sports Center)

Saturday, Oct. 25

• Boilermaker Boulevard, 9:30-11:30 a.m. (Stadium Mall and Memorial Mall)
• Thrill on the Hill, 10:30 a.m. (Slayter Center of Performing Arts)
• Purdue football vs. Rutgers, noon (Ross-Ade Stadium)
