Employees should update address information ahead of tax form distribution

With the end of the calendar year approaching, tax season is just around the corner. To avoid delays in W-2 delivery, Payroll Services encourages employees to ensure their address is up to date in SuccessFactors. All Social Security number (SSN) and address updates for the 2025 W-2 file must be completed in SuccessFactors by 5 p.m. on Jan. 6.

Employees with an SSN entered into SuccessFactors by the end of day on Jan. 6 will be able to access their Purdue, PARI and Purdue Global W-2 forms in ADP in late January 2026. Paper W-2s will be mailed by Jan. 31 to the address on file as of Jan. 6.

Please note that a paper W-2 will not be mailed for employees who select the paperless option in ADP by Dec. 31.

Employees hired in the past year will need to register in ADP; if the employee has registered previously at ADP, there is no need to register again.

The registration link can be found by navigating to the profile homepage, which is accessible by clicking “Purdue University” in the upper-left corner of SuccessFactors. Click the “View Company Documents” tile found in the list of tiles across the middle of the screen. On the company documents pop-up, under the ADP W-2 Services link, are two PDFs, one for Purdue Global registration information and the other for Purdue and PARI registration information.

Questions about W-2 or ADP access can be directed to tax@purdue.edu.
