Employees can offer feedback on open enrollment until Dec. 19

For the 10th year in a row, Human Resources-Benefits is seeking employee input and feedback about the recent benefits open enrollment as well as overall health and wellness offerings at the university. Employees (excluding graduate staff) at the West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations, Purdue University Northwest (Hammond and Westville campuses) and Purdue Fort Wayne who are benefits-eligible and did not take the brief, two-part survey in Benefitfocus are encouraged to do so now. The survey is available here.

Responses are requested by Dec. 19.

“We value the feedback you provide through our annual surveys and appreciate the time you take to do so,” said Candace Shaffer, associate vice president of benefits and payroll in Human Resources. “We review all responses carefully and use the insights to help guide our communication efforts and support future planning of programs, resources and more. Thank you for your participation.”

Purdue remains committed to providing convenient access to health care and wellness resources.
