Adverse winter weather procedures available for West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations

Students walk between brick pillars on a snowy day at Purdue University.

If adverse weather conditions necessitate that a wind chill, snow or ice emergency be declared for the West Lafayette or Indianapolis locations, special procedures pertaining to classes, operations, parking, pay and/or attendance will become effective. Jay Wasson, vice president for Physical Facilities and chief public safety officer, describes procedures for adverse winter weather in this memo.
