West Lafayette expands metered parking near campus

On July 28, the city of West Lafayette implemented metered parking on several city-owned streets near campus. This initiative aims to improve parking availability and turnover in high-demand areas, ensuring better access for everyone.

First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Russell and Waldron streets require payment through the ParkMobile app. ParkMobile meters apply during posted hours; extended stays will require remote renewal via the app.

Individuals who want to park in these areas need to download the ParkMobile app to pay for parking in the newly metered spots.

For more information, visit the ParkMobile page on the city of West Lafayette’s website.
