This week’s ‘Thumbs Up’ recipients

Meaghan Stillabower

Meaghan (Registrar) is incredibly kind and always eager to help. Meaghan takes time out of her day to assist not only her own customer service team but to also assist other teams and ensure everyone gets help if they need it. When implementing a new website submission page, Meaghan and her team helped teach a team how to use the application and how it could help on a daily basis. Meaghan is a valued member of our team and will always be appreciated! — Matthew Gray (Registrar)

Nicholas Goodlett

Nick (Purdue IT) from the PIER team has been extremely helpful at multiple points over the last few months in assisting us in troubleshooting engineering software license issues that we’ve seen on the RCAC community clusters. More specifically, this last week he helped provide logs of license checkouts and denials and provided recommendations on potential fixes that were instrumental in finding a solution to the problem. Kudos, Nick! — Joshua Remender (Purdue IT)

Audley Eggold

Audley (Registrar) is a student worker who does not shy away from a task or challenge. She has taken on so many new tasks that she had not previously taken on and does so without complaint. She and her supervisor spent their valuable time to show our team how to use a new website application that took hours to train on. With their help they expedited our ability to help students and faculty and reduce wait times. All of Audley’s contributions are always greatly appreciated! — Matthew Gray (Registrar)

Office of the Bursar customer support staff

Thank you to all of the support staff within the Office of the Bursar for stepping up to help with covering for trainings, conferences short-staffing and more. You all step up to help without batting an eye, and we are grateful to you all for such amazing staff! We have an absolutely amazing department because of all of you. — Heather Holley (Bursar)

Mandie Greiwe

Thank you to Mandie (Disability Resource Center) for her diligent work with the DRC budget. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the DRC is in a good financial position. Much appreciated, Mandie! — Tonya Byrd (Finance)

Amanda Pedroza

During the week of June 23-27, Amanda (Purdue Conferences) oversaw the Southeast CIY camp and did an incredible job. With the number of issues and participants, Amanda handled herself in a calm, cool and professional manner. We are all very lucky to have her at Purdue, and I appreciate everything she does. Great job, Amanda! — Kim Jamriska (Recreation & Wellness)
