Summer 2025 personnel activity reports open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

The 2025 summer session effort reporting process for sponsored projects is open for certification, and faculty can review and approve personnel activity reports (PARs) electronically via the SEEMLESS application.

The application can be accessed through the OneCampus Portal and then searching for SEEMLESS (Summer Employment and Effort Management Leading Efficiency through a Simple Solution).

Important reminders:

  • The supervisor/principal investigators are to certify their subordinates’ PARs first, then their own effort.
  • Supervisors/principal investigators certify PARs for graduate students, research staff, undergraduate students, and other hourly employees who worked on sponsored program funds or federally appropriated funds.
  • Summer 2025 PARs are due Oct. 24.

An online training module for faculty is on the Managerial Accounting website under Faculty Training Resources.

Those who need assistance with certifying PARs should contact their business office for assistance or email effort@purdue.edu.
