About the book (from the publisher)

DNA-encoded libraries have numerous advantages over traditional screening methods, including easy identification of compounds and the large quantity of compounds that can be screened simultaneously. This book provides a comprehensive guide to the implementation of DNA-encoded library technology (DELT) in drug discovery for screening and hit validation, illustrated with successful case studies. A valuable resource for researchers in drug discovery, this book is complete with successful case studies to illustrate the best practice in implementation and operation of DELT.

About the Purdue author

Casey Krusemark is an associate professor of medicinal chemistry and molecular pharmacology. His research focuses on DNA-encoded chemistry, chemical biology, and proteomics. His work in those areas involves development of novel libraries and selection strategies widely applicable for drug discovery. The lab specifically works on protein-protein interaction inhibitors that are used to help develop therapeutic lead molecules.
