Center for Healthy Living telehealth visits no longer require $5 fee

As a result of recent federal legislation, participants enrolled in eligible high-deductible health plans — such as Purdue’s medical plans — are no longer required to pay a $5 fee for telehealth visits.

Due to the retroactive effects of the bill, refunds will be issued to those who used the Center for Healthy Living’s (CHL) Telehealth Program since Jan. 1, 2025, and were charged the fee. The CHL will communicate directly with those individuals regarding the distribution of refunds.

All benefits-eligible Purdue employees and dependents, age 2 and above, covered on a Purdue medical plan are eligible to use the CHL Telehealth Program.
