Today: Purdue police, Center for Advocacy, Response and Education team up for ‘Cover the Cruiser’

The Purdue University Police Department is partnering with the Center for Advocacy, Response and Education (CARE) for “Cover the Cruiser” to help support and raise awareness for survivors of sexual assault.

The Purdue University Police Department is partnering with the Center for Advocacy, Response and Education (CARE) for “Cover the Cruiser” to help support and raise awareness for survivors of sexual assault.

The event will be held from noon to 3 p.m. today (April 17) on the north end of Memorial Mall. Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to place notes with words of encouragement and positivity for survivors of sexual assault on one of the department’s vehicles.
