Spring 2025 personnel activity reports open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

The spring 2025 semester effort reporting process is open for certification, and the application can be accessed by faculty to review and approve spring 2025 personnel activity reports (PARs). PARs are processed electronically via the SEEMLESS application.

The application can be accessed via the OneCampus Portal and then searching for SEEMLESS.

Important reminders:

• The supervisor/principal investigators are to certify their subordinates’ PARs first, then their own effort.
• Supervisors/principal investigators certify PARs for graduate students, research staff, undergraduate students, and other hourly employees who worked on sponsored program funds or federally appropriated funds.
• Spring 2025 PARs are due July 18.
