Recent policy updates

Updates to the following systemwide policies are effective:

  1. Intellectual Property (I.A.1): The policy includes a prohibition on the transfer of intellectual property, as defined in the policy and by Indiana law, to persons and entities prohibited by both federal and state laws.
  2. Political Activities (III.B.4): Language was added to ensure consistency with the University’s Statement of Policy on Institutional Neutrality.
