Survey available for Materials Management and Distribution services

Auxiliary Services, a unit within the Administrative Operation organization, invites faculty, staff and graduate students to participate in a survey to help gather customer feedback for Materials Management and Distribution (MMAD) services. MMAD provides mail distribution services, shipping and receiving, university surplus, and warehouse storage for the West Lafayette location.

“Auxiliary Services is focused on continuous improvement and understands customer feedback is key to identifying how we can better meet the needs of the campus community,” said Jessica Robertson, associate vice president of Auxiliary Services. “This survey is an opportunity for individuals to provide input confidentially and help Auxiliary Services move forward in an effective manner.”

The survey can be accessed here. It will remain open through Wednesday, April 9.
