Human Resources announces new process for secure help requests

Human Resources is announcing that TeamDynamix has replaced Footprints and HR Help. This transition will provide a secure path for employees to communicate with the HR Service Center.  

Employees will still be able to email hr@purdue.edu directly to submit requests, but to submit a secure request with personal health data or sensitive information, employees should submit requests directly through the Purdue Service Portal.

In the portal, employees will log in using their Purdue career account, select the “Human Resources Service Center Request” box, and then fill out the required information and submit requests.
