AffirmedRx prescription pricing tool currently not correct on member portal, app

The AffirmedRx Pulse app and AffirmedRx member portal are not reflecting the correct prescription prices. Purdue Human Resources — Benefits has confirmed the prices paid at the pharmacy are correct but do not match the pricing tool. This is a global issue for AffirmedRx, which is working to correct this as soon as possible. Purdue HR will send out an updated communication once the app and portal are operating as expected.

To check pricing prior to picking up a prescription, call AffirmedRx Member Services at 877-828-1049 or email the Patient Care Advocates at PCA@AffirmedRx.com.
