A look at Administrative Operations’ annual highlights, achievements

Administrative Operations provides day-to-day operations and services that enable Purdue University to thrive. The Fiscal Year 2024 Highlights provides details regarding the work and achievements of AO at both the West Lafayette and Indianapolis locations.

“From public safety to custodial services to new construction projects, AO is diverse in the work we perform,” said Michael B. Cline, senior vice president for Administrative Operations. “Fully embracing our three guiding principles — safe, reliable, and transformative — AO is driven to perform well, and we have.”

The FY24 Highlights elaborates on the organization’s guiding principles as well as other aspects of its culture. The report also provides information about various AO units and departments. Information regarding AO’s results is summarized through organizational key performance indicators, financials and initiatives.

Accomplishments highlighted this year include the following:

  • Commercial air service returning to the Purdue University Airport
  • Sustainability initiatives, including a study on Small Modular Reactors and the final tree planting of the 1869 Tree Planting Master Plan
  •  Opening of Purdue University in Indianapolis
