2024 IRS Form 1095-C now available

The IRS requires Purdue and Purdue Global, as employers, to report whether an employee and dependents (if applicable) had health coverage in 2024. Therefore, employees receive Form 1095-C, which details whether they were offered health coverage by Purdue or Purdue Global and during which months. The IRS does not require a copy of your 1095-C form to complete a tax return.

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, signed into law Dec. 23, 2024, has amended the requirement for employers to mail a paper copy of the form to every employee. With this new legislation, paper forms will not be mailed to employee homes unless requested.

Forms are now available online through the Benefitfocus portal.

Follow the steps below to download a copy of your 1095-C form:

Log in to BenefitFocus via the OneCampus portal

If employees would like a paper copy mailed to their home address, contact the Purdue HR Service Center at 765-494-2222 or by email at hr@purdue.edu. Include “2024 1095-C” in the subject line of the email when requesting a paper copy.

If employees have questions, contact the Purdue HR Service Center at 765-494-2222 or by email at hr@purdue.edu.
