Riders are encouraged to download the R2U Connect app to reserve a seat on the free shuttles between West Lafayette and Indianapolis. The app is available through Google Play or the App Store.

The Campus Connect commuter shuttle, which is available for faculty, staff and students who spend time at both the West Lafayette and the Indianapolis campus locations, will have a modified schedule for the spring semester.

Based on feedback that Auxiliary Services received, the following changes will be implemented when shuttles resume for the spring semester on Jan. 11, 2025:

  • Two additional round-trip routes will be offered Monday through Friday, for a total of eight daily round-trip shuttles between 7 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
  • The weekday departure and expected arrival times will be identical for both locations.
  • The expanded weekend schedule that was recently announced for the end of the fall semester will continue for spring, for a total of four daily round-trip shuttles between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
  • To increase safety, two new drop-off locations will be added to the last daily run ending in Indianapolis, at LUX Apartments and North Hall; all other pickup and drop-off locations will remain the same.

The 50-passenger buses are ADA compliant and include Wi-Fi, collaboration spaces and restrooms. Reservations through the R2U Connect mobile app are encouraged to guarantee a seat, and notifications about any route changes or delays will be made available through that platform.

Spring schedules are listed on the Purdue Auxiliary Services website
