Northeast Indiana Defense Summit highlights Purdue’s role in defense industry

Mark Lewis (left), president and CEO of the Purdue Applied Research Institute, leads the panel discussion, “Indiana’s Defense Footprint,” Wednesday, Sept. 4, at the Third annual Northeast Indiana Defense Summit at Purdue Fort Wayne. Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) hosts this half-day forum, which brings together lawmakers, local government officials, defense industry and technology leaders and economic development leaders.
