Center for Healthy Living open houses set for next week at all three locations

All benefits-eligible employees and their dependents covered on a Purdue health plan are invited to attend the Center for Healthy Living’s open house events next week. All three CHL locations — West Lafayette campus, Hammond campus and Fort Wayne campus — are hosting open houses. Employees and their dependents are encouraged to stop by the CHL open house at the location most convenient to them.

Open houses will take place as follows:

Fort Wayne campus Sept. 17, noon to 2 p.m. ET

Hammond campus Sept. 18, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. CT

West Lafayette campus Sept. 19, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET

The open houses provide a firsthand opportunity to become more familiar with how the CHL can help individuals with their overall health and wellness, plus give them a chance to meet their providers and learn about the services offered, including:

  • Preventive care, sick care and sports physicals
  • Telehealth (24/7 sick care consultation) and health care navigation
  • Health coaching and wellness programs and services for diabetes, weight management, tobacco cessation and more
  • Anthem health care concierge

Questions about the CHL open houses or the CHL in general can be directed to 765-494-0111.
