Action Council on Student Housing and Well-Being to solicit input from students, parents on housing allocation process for returning students

With the start of the new academic year, Purdue’s university-wide Action Council on Student Housing and Well-Being remains committed to supporting and advancing a culture of excellence for all our undergraduate, graduate and professional students.

A first and primary focus of the Council this Fall will be to solicit input from students and parents on the housing allocation process for returning students.

Since its formation in January 2023, the Council has guided several Purdue investments, including additional staffing resources for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), two new student housing projects, stipend increases for doctoral students, an increase in the minimum hourly rate for student workers, and the creation of 150 new Presidential Doctoral Excellence Awards.
