Spring 2024 personnel activity reports open in SEEMLESS for faculty certification

An academic building on the Purdue University campus.

The spring 2024 semester effort reporting process is open for certification, and the application can be accessed by faculty to review and approve spring 2024 personnel activity reports (PARs). PARs are processed electronically via the SEEMLESS application.

To access the application, visit the OneCampus portal and search for SEEMLESS.

Important reminders:

  • The supervisor/principal investigators are to certify their subordinates’ PARs first, then their own effort.
  • Supervisors/principal investigators certify PARs for graduate students, research staff, undergraduate students and other hourly employees who worked on sponsored program funds or federally appropriated funds.
  • Spring 2024 PARs are due July 24.

An online training module for faculty is on the Managerial Accounting website under “Faculty Training Resources.”

Those who need assistance with certifying PARs should contact their business office for assistance or email effort@purdue.edu.
