One Hour With HR series continues

“One Hour With HR” learning segments provide opportunities for staff and supervisors to become better informed about relevant HR topics and to connect with others.

March — Working Within Team Environments

The March sessions will cover the importance of a positive team structure while addressing the look and impact of dysfunctional teams. Clarifying roles and responsibilities, building trust, and prioritizing tasks will also be discussed.

April – Working With Hybrid or Remote Positions

In this session, we’ll explore how to decide if remote or hybrid work is feasible for a position, walk through changing work locations and speak about guidelines and best practices for working successfully in and with remote or hybrid positions. We will also discuss tips on work-life balance.
