* All clinical and professional faculty in Indianapolis are invited to the 30th Anniversary Celebration for clinical and professional faculty at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, in the Purdue Memorial Union North Ballroom in West Lafayette. In all, 395 Purdue clinical and professional staff will be acknowledged for the core work they do with and for students. Those invited are encouraged to RSVP by April 1. Transportation for faculty in Indianapolis will be provided. 

* Purdue University in Indianapolis COO Dan Hasler joined Phil Sanchez on WISH-TV Tuesday, March 5, to discuss how the creation of Purdue’s urban extension campus will be a “game-changer” for the city of Indianapolis and state of Indiana. A seminar about research computing and storage resources at Purdue University was held Tuesday, March 5, for research faculty in Indianapolis. Amiya Maji, lead computational scientist at Purdue University’s Rosen Center for Advanced Computing, presented the information, intended to facilitate the transition of computational research from IU to Purdue facilities.
