Human Resources shares time-off guidance for Election Day 2016

Election Day is Tuesday (Nov. 8). The University encourages employees to exercise their right to vote, and voting lines are expected to be longer than normal for this presidential election. Supervisors are asked to support employees by being flexible with work schedules Tuesday while still meeting operational needs.

Voting time is not a paid time benefit; however, employees may request vacation or personal business time if needed.
