Women in Engineering Program to host K-8 open house
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Purdue University's Women in Engineering Program will host a free open house for all students in grades K-8 on Feb. 26.
"Imagination, Innovation, Discovery and Design (I2D2)" is designed to let the students explore basic engineering concepts with guidance from current engineering students. It will be held in the Lawson Computer Science Building, 305 N. University St.
Students and their families may come any time from 9 a.m. to noon to explore the open exhibits. They can participate in hands-on activities at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
