2018 flexible spending account claims need to be submitted by March 31, 2019

Human Resources is reminding employees who used flexible spending accounts -- health care flexible spending accounts, limited purpose flexible spending accounts and dependent care flexible spending accounts -- in 2018 that the deadline to submit claims for reimbursement is March 31, 2019. Any funds remaining in accounts after March 31 will be forfeited.

Employees needing to submit a claim can use the PayFlex Reimbursement Account Claim Form.
