18th annual Garden Stroll sponsored by the Howard County Master gardeners. Six private gardens to visit. Plant sale and vendors at the Welcome Center on the grounds of the Seiberling Mansion, 1200 W. Sycamore St., Kokomo. Door prizes, free refreshments, contest. 10 am – 4 pm. Tickets $8 in advance, $10 June 23rd. Children under 12 free.
