The Purdue Student Farm team accepts the TEAM Award.

The Purdue Student Farm (PSF), a small-scale sustainable farm managed by the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, has received the prestigious 2025 Purdue Agriculture TEAM Award. This honor recognizes interdisciplinary excellence in teaching, research, and extension. Located on the northern edge of campus, PSF serves as a hands-on learning lab for students and a hub for sustainable agriculture and community engagement.

With strong student involvement and partnerships across campus and Indiana, the farm produced over 27,000 pounds of vegetables last year, supported dining halls, a CSA program, and local food pantries. The $10,000 award will help expand PSF’s educational mission and outreach.
