Jada Powlen and Cale Bigelow Published New Paper

Jada Powlen and Cale Bigelow recently had a manuscript published. “Cool-season golf course fairway species irrigation requirements under limited irrigation” It is an open access paper: http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/cft2.20205. The manuscript reports the results of a two-year field study looking at various traditional and alternative cool-season golf course fairway grasses for their summer water needs. These data demonstrate the potential for significant irrigation savings compared to conventional irrigation practices.
