Re: Discount agreement with Zoom

The Purdue University system has entered into an agreement with Zoom that will allow departments to utilize the service at a heavily discounted rate (70% off of the regular rate, and 50% of the education bulk rate).

This new agreement will allow us to consolidate the various accounts using Zoom with their @purdue.edu, @pnw.edu, or @pfw.edu e-mail accounts to conduct university business.  This will ensure that approved security procedures are being followed, and that enterprise tools can be properly configured to integrate with Zoom (such as Brightspace.)

Within the next few weeks, all Zoom accounts registered with a Purdue e-mail address (from all three campuses, paid or free) will be consolidated into the central enterprise agreement.  While information will be coming soon with instructions on how departments can order licenses, there is already some documentation that can be referenced here:

Stay tuned to that page, and the various e-mail lists for more information.
