Jay Wasson and Rob Wynkoop promoted to associate vice presidents in Administrative Operations

Re:  Jay Wasson and Rob Wynkoop promoted to associate vice presidents in Administrative Operations

 

Effective earlier this month, Jay Wasson and Rob Wynkoop were promoted to associate vice presidents within Administrative Operations.

Both have demonstrated high performance levels, continued to grow in their expanded roles, implemented innovative business solutions in their respective areas, and are pursuing professional and personal development opportunities.

As the associate vice president of Physical Facilities, Wasson leads and manages the Asset Management, Campus Planning and Sustainability, Capital Program Management, Facilities Operations, and Integrated Analytics units.

Wasson came to the West Lafayette campus from the Indiana Department of Transportation in December 2015. In addition to his existing credentials, Wasson is currently seeking a master’s in business administration from Purdue Global.

As the associate vice president of Auxiliary Services, Wynkoop leads and manages Purdue University Airport Operations, Procurement Services, Real Estate and Occupancy Planning, Space Management, and the Supplier Diversity Development units.

Wynkoop was Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Administration before joining Purdue in 2013. He is currently seeking a master’s in finance from Purdue Global.
