With nearly 400 programs produced annually, PCED offers trusted expertise, creative problem‑solving and dedicated support for events ranging from multi‑day academic symposia to single‑day retreats and off‑site programs across the globe.

Packages
PCED supports events of all sizes and formats through transparent, customizable planning packages tailored to each program’s scope and complexity. Packages may include planning support, logistics, registration management and on‑site coordination. Rates vary based on event type, duration, location and requested services.
Rates
Minimum fees apply: $500 for university clients and $1,000 for non-university clients.
Preferred Partners
To support a seamless planning experience, PCED collaborates with reliable campus and external partners who provide specialized services such as catering, A/V support, transportation, housing, décor and printed materials. These preferred partners help ensure consistent quality and streamlined coordination throughout each program.
