Seating in Ross-Ade Stadium - May 15

All degree candidates will be seated in the stadium bleacher section in the north end zone. 

Guest Seating

The stadium will be open for guest seating at 7 a.m. ET. The academic procession will begin entering the stadium at approximately 8:45 a.m. ET.  Please urge your family and friends to be in their seats early so they can view the 2021 candidate slide presentation. If missed, the slide presentation will be shown directly following the ceremony. As a courtesy to others in attendance, please ask that your guests remain in their seats until the conclusion of the exercise. All seating is assigned seating due to State and County COVID constraints for social distancing.

Seating in the Hall of Music - May 16

All degree candidates will be seated on the main floor of the Elliott Hall of Music. The seating chart has been released.

Guest Seating

The Elliott Hall of Music will be open for guest seating 90 minutes prior to each ceremony. Once the academic procession begins entering the auditorium, no guests will be seated until the procession is concluded, so urge your family and friends to be in their seats early. As a courtesy to others in attendance, please ask that your guests remain in their seats until the conclusion of the exercise. All seating is assigned seating due to State and County COVID constraints for social distancing.

Security

Bag check is in effect. Ross-Ade Stadium bag policy will be enforced for the May 15 ceremony and will be recommended for the ceremony on May 16. No umbrellas will be permitted inside the stadium for the Saturday, May 15 ceremony.  Please check back to this website or follow our Facebook and Twitter feeds for the most current information.
