Subcontractor Opportunities

Purdue offers its prime contractors the ability to post notices seeking MWBEs and IVBEs in their pursuit for certified subcontractors. Posting information must be provided to Purdue by noon on Wednesday to be included in the weekly Thursday posting.

To take advantage of this posting opportunity, a prime contractor must:

• Send an email to supplierdiversity@purdue.edu
• Email Subject Line: Business Opportunity Notice

• Attach a Word or PDF document to the email that includes the following information:

  • Scope of work to be subcontracted
  • Deadline for when quotes must be submitted
  • Point of contact for the plans to the project
  • Point of contact for the project manager
  • Point of contact to answer questions about the project

To count the posting as a good faith effort, the request must be posted at least 10 business days prior to the quote deadline.
