Exercise is something that you practice. That’s literally why we call it yoga practice, we improve more and more each time we come in for class! It’s all about how you feel, remember your why and always remember that no matter your pace, you are lapping everybody on the couch. We can all choose our own joy, exercise is something that helps us get there! It’s so important to know that fitness and wellness doesn’t just happen physically. We can exercise our spiritual muscles, emotional muscles, and more; don’t ever be afraid to ask for help.
