Today's tip:
Wellness

Want to move away from fast food lunches but can’t "do it all"? Bring your own sandwich on whole grain bread and order two items from the dollar menu, such as apple slices and a side salad. Top that off with a low-calorie drink and you have a lunch with whole grains, lean protein, a fruit, and a vegetable. For a switch, bring your own vegetables and fruit such as baby carrots and an apple, then order the smallest, leanest sandwich on the menu -- and skip the fries.
