Apple Picking with Purdue Farms

Come Join Us for Harvest Season

Once again, Purdue Dining Services will be collaborating with Purdue Farms to harvest quality fresh local produce to serve in the dining halls.    Last year student volunteers picked & sorted over 3.5 tons of delicious apples.   It is expected that apples will be ripe for picking come late September and through October and we need your help.   Volunteer to enjoy a great afternoon outdoors helping us harvest local foods.   View pictures from last year’s harvest below.  Transportation will be provided.
