NSF deadline approaching for all Purdue researchers
September 22, 2023
All researchers submitting proposals to the National Science Foundation will be required to use the SciENcv (Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae) system beginning Oct. 23 for preparation of their biosketches and current and pending documents.
All Purdue researchers and faculty should be notified that Oct. 20, 2023 (5:00 PM submitter’s local time) is the last day to submit proposals using the NSF fillable PDF format for the biographical sketch and current and pending (other) support. NSF fillable PDF’s will no longer be acceptable forms.
SciENcv is a new electronic system that helps researchers assemble and generate required biographical information and current and pending documents for proposals. It replaces the NSF’s PDF form for current and pending support proposals.
“It is imperative that all Purdue researchers and faculty take action to set up their personal accounts at SciENcv within the next few weeks,” said Amanda Hamaker, director of pre-award services for Sponsored Program Services.
