Welcome to the Post Lab website! We seek to answer fundamental questions related to internal dynamics, energetics and intermolecular interactions of proteins for the purpose of understanding and manipulating their biological function. We use solution NMR and molecular dynamics computation to query protein systems both macroscopically and microscopically. Current topics include the regulation of protein tyrosine kinase activity in signal-transduction, virus capsid dynamics, and mechanisms of α-synuclein aggregation.
