Restrictions near Third and Russell Streets this week

Intermittent restrictions will be in place along Third Street just west of the North Russell Street intersection beginning tomorrow (Sept. 19) from approximately 3:30-4:30 p.m. and again Thursday or Friday morning from approximately 7-9 a.m. while crane activities are completed in the area. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic during the work, and traffic delays are expected to occur.

Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians should seek alternate routes or use extra caution in the vicinity and obey all posted signs and flaggers.
