First Street closed east of MacArthur Drive to Martin Jischke Drive starting Monday

The section of First Street east of MacArthur Drive to Martin Jischke Drive will be closed to through-traffic beginning Monday (July 16) and continuing through early August in order to facilitate utility work in the area. Local traffic may travel eastbound only on this stretch to access the adjacent parking lots.

Additionally, parking on the north side of First Street is unavailable and portions of sidewalk in this area will be closed while work is performed.

Motorists and pedestrians should use caution in the vicinity and obey all posted signs.
