Check building deputy contact information and provide updates
If a building deputy’s contact information or facility assignment has recently changed, updates may be reported online through the Building Deputy Contact Information Updates Qualtrics survey. A directory of existing primary building deputy contacts is provided on the Physical Facilities website for comparison purposes.
The new online form may be completed by a primary building deputy anytime contact information or facility assignments change or if a backup or alternate contact is assigned or changed.
