Located adjacent to the corner of West Street and W. Michigan Street, this will be the first building at Purdue University in Indianapolis. The 16-story building will include four levels of academic space with classrooms, chemistry labs, maker space and retail components and 11 levels of residential with one level for a mechanical penthouse.
