Purdue University Dance Marathon set for this weekend

The Purdue University Dance Marathon will hold its annual 18-hour dance marathon on Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 14-15).
PUDM is the largest student philanthropic organization on campus, raising money every year for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis. PUDM looks to help students grow professionally by providing leadership experience in the form of joining one of 18 committees that focus on planning various fundraising and awareness events.
Last year, PUDM raised $1,002,510.28, which was donated to Riley. The 2015 marathon will take place in the Córdova Recreational Sports Center, and over 2,200 students are expected to participate.
