Pre-open enrollment sessions announced

October 12, 2015

Open enrollment for 2016 medical plans begins Oct. 26; however, faculty and staff interested in getting a head start by attending pre-open enrollment sessions have the opportunity to do so. Due to the many improvements to the plans for 2016, employees may want to start earlier so they are prepared in advance.

Pre-open enrollment sessions will be offered:

* Thursday (Oct. 15) -- 10-11 a.m. Stewart Center, Room 202.

* Oct. 20 (T) -- 3-4 p.m. Forney Hall of Chemical Engineering, Room B124.

* Oct. 22 (Th) -- 11 a.m.-noon. Freehafer Hall, Room 1-1.

Open enrollment offers employees their once-a-year opportunity to make changes to their benefits packages. The information sessions are designed to share important details that pertain to all aspects of open enrollment -- when, where, how, why -- in order to prepare faculty and staff to enroll and choose the plan that is best for them and their families.

For questions about the pre-enrollment sessions, contact Human Resources at 49-42222 or email
